From Quincy:

Hi Darian its Quincy again sory if it sounds like i pestering you but i was just wondering why you wear the number four? Thanks for responding to us fans.

The number 4 came from my high school football coach. He has been the biggest influence on my football career so as long as i'm playing the number four will follow me.

From Troy:

Double D, It is great to see you still playing QB. I am a die hard Tar Heel and I only missed a couple of your home games in Chapel Hill . I still have season tickets and think back to how often we have missed you out there on the field. The Heels are looking up as a team (except the loss of Yates at QB)and i would love to see you on the sidelines one day at the Hill when you call it a career on the field. You can teach kids a lot from your experiences behind center. I wish I could get CFL games here back in NC because i would definetly watch you play. Keep throwing TDs DD! Thanks and it was a great experience watching you play in Kenan. Hopefully I will see you in the NFL behind center soon.

It's always good to hear from a fellow Tar Heel. Thank you so much for your support during my college career and beyond. I follow the team every single weekend and i'm so proud of what they're doing. Thanks again and i WILL be on the sidelines in Chapel Hill one day.

From Chris:

What up Darian....This is Chris Burkey, If you do not remember I was on Coach Buntings staff when you were at UNC...I left UNC and went to the Miami Dolphins as a Pro Scout....I talked to Coach Tranq all the time and he told me that you were up in the CFL. I just wanted to say hello and I am glad that you are doing well. SInce you have your BIGTIME web site I will keep in touch...Please tell AD Bowman that I said hello and to give me a call sometime...You do the same I would love to talk to both of you guys..When we played Pittsburgh I talked to Willie, Jeff and Greg Warren for a while....You take care..

What's up Burkey. Now you should know i remeber who you are. I was just talking to Aarius about you a couple weeks ago. Glad to see that you're doing well. Hopefully my playing career is on the rise and i can make Saskatchewan my home. Thanks for keeping up with me and if you talk to Tranq tell him i said hello. Take care.

From Will:

Are you upset about the beer throwing?

I really don't think its right to throw beer at the players by any means. I do understand that in the heat of the moment people do and say things that are out of their character. I just look at the situation as a mistake and i'm sure those who were involved feel bad about the situation.

From Taj:

Whuzzup Darian, Just wanted to fall through and give you props on ya work. I never had a chance to catch your games in Tallahassee when you were playing for UNC but I have a copy of your highlight tape that Michael made. I've been following the headlines and see that you're doing big things in the CFL. I've also been keeping up with Justin down here with the Jaguars. Keep doin ya thang, we are definitely very proud of you. Taj
